Mr. Pickrel has 28 years’ experience in the power generation industry with technical support roles that include program development for maintenance processes, reliability engineering, and regulatory compliance. He has held positions such as nuclear plant Systems Engineer, Maintenance and Technical Manager at a combined-cycle cogen facility, Manager Regulatory Compliance, and Asset Manager at utility scale solar power company. In his current position as Director, Reliability and Process Controls, he is responsible for providing power generation fleet support services including Predictive Maintenance, NDE, plant control systems support, planning and scheduling, and training and development. Mr. Pickrel has a BS in Marine Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MBA from Letourneau University, and is a USMC Veteran.
